sales tax

[bump] is located in California so we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a California residence. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed. customs fees

Any and all customs fees imposed by countries outside of the US are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card by phone-in, or fax. We also accept payments through PayPal and checks via mail. 3% surcharge for all credit card or Paypal transactions will apply. All pricing on the website is listed in US dollars. Wholesale – initial orders prepaid. Net 30 upon request and credit approval.

shipping

FOB Los Angeles. UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Freight collect damages or loss must be claimed with the carrier.

returns & exchanges

We are happy to exchange or credit your credit card account minus shipping costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by calling or emailing us at customerservice@bumpbabies.com and obtaining a Return Authorization number. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The items MUST be returned to [bump] within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition in its original packaging with tags attached. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • [bump] does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.
  • [bump] is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing.
  • [bump] is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10 day return policy.

We do our very best to try and keep our website updated. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item.
